MASON WOMACK

Since my first agile transformation in 2005, I have continued to coach and help the companies I have worked with through the challenges of transforming their ways of working. Over the years, I have helped leaders and teams of many different types become agile. This includes technology teams, analytics teams, marketing departments, human resources, cyber security and quality assurance. Since 2015, I work as a freelance contractor. I have had the great fortune to work with a wide range of companies over the years, from start-ups to large multi-nationals.

Most recently, I have been working in the financial sector helping some of the leading banks in Europe and Australia as they become agile. Transitioning away from time-consuming and rigid delivery methods means being able to remain competitive in the fast-paced, technology-driven modern world. Having started my career as a software engineer and test automation engineer gives me a solid technical background. Also having performed as a scrum master, product owner and leader has allowed me first-hand experience of the roles that I coach.
